​Exchange Policy



At Loptel, we believe in stepping forward with confidence. If your purchase isn’t a perfect fit or if there’s an error, we are happy to help you find the "right" one under these fair conditions:


1. Eligibility

​Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date (based on the Order Tracking system). Items must meet the following criteria 

 Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or marks.

​​​ Complete Packaging: Price tags, shoe boxes, or special packaging must be returned in their original state, without any damage or tears.



2. Reasons for Exchange

 Size Exchange: In case of an imperfect fit (limited to the same model and color only).

 Defective Item: In case of manufacturing or material defects.

 Wrong Item: If the item received does not match the order in our system.



3. Non-Exchangeable Items

​​ Items purchased during Clearance Sales or special promotions.

 Complimentary items or promotional premiums.



4. Shipping & Fees

• Store Error: If the item is defective or incorrect, Loptel will cover 100% of the return and re-delivery shipping costs.

​​​• Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to our warehouse and the flat-rate fee for

  ​shipping the new item back.



5. Exchange Process

​​To ensure efficient processing via our Odoo system, please follow these steps:

​​​1. Submit Request: Contact us via the "Order Status" menu on our website or through our LINE OA, providing your Order Number.

​​​2. Provide Evidence: Attach photos of the item and its packaging intended for exchange.

​3. Return Shipping: Once approved, ship the item to the provided address and update the tracking number in our system.

​​​4. Receive New Item: After we have inspected and verified the condition of the returned item, we will immediately process and ship your new item.
